1Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the SNIX application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via in-app notice or email.

2Description of Service

SNIX is a community platform for sharing VPN configuration files. Users can upload, browse, download, copy, and discuss configuration files for various VPN protocols. SNIX is a sharing platform only — we do not operate any VPN servers or provide VPN access ourselves.

3Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use SNIX.
• You must not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws.
• If you create an account on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

4User Accounts

You may use SNIX as a guest (limited features) or create a full account via Google or Apple Sign-In.

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Keep your credentials secure. Do not share your account.
• You may not create accounts for others without their consent.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5Content Rules

When posting content (configs, comments, profile info), you agree not to:

• Upload configs that facilitate illegal activities in your jurisdiction
• Post malicious files, malware, or scripts disguised as config files
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post spam, advertisements, or misleading information
• Impersonate other users or public figures
• Share credentials, access tokens, or sensitive personal data of others
• Infringe on any third party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant SNIX a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and distribute your content within the App and for promotional purposes. You represent that you have the right to share any content you post.

6Prohibited Uses

You may not use SNIX to:

• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any App security measures
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically harvest content without permission
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Overload or disrupt our servers or infrastructure
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law

7Disclaimer of Warranties

SNIX is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or availability. We do not warrant that VPN configurations shared on the platform will work, be safe, or comply with the laws of your jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for verifying and using any configuration file you download from SNIX.

8Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SNIX and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the App or any content therein.

9Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to SNIX at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may also delete your account at any time from within the App settings.

10Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction, excluding class-action proceedings to the extent permitted by law.
