SNIX respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the App to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the SNIX platform.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content within 10โ14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us they have filed legal action.
SNIX maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers. Users who receive three or more DMCA-valid takedowns will have their accounts permanently suspended.
Filing a false DMCA Notice is a serious matter that may result in legal liability. Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that content is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
